Fit was my main concern because I wanted enough room through the chest and shoulders without the jacket looking oversized. My usual size worked very well. I can move my arms comfortably, and even when sitting in the car the jacket does not pull across the shoulders or bunch up around the waist.

The hood also sits naturally behind the head instead of feeling heavy or oversized, which makes it much easier to wear for longer periods.

I wanted something practical for colder and breezier days without having to wear a heavy winter coat every time I went outside. This has been a very useful middle ground. It layers easily over a sweater, does not restrict movement and still keeps a clean shape rather than making me look bulky.

I wanted a jacket that looked modern without feeling as though I was trying to dress much younger than I am. This gets the balance right. It looks neat and understated, works perfectly with jeans for everyday use and can still be worn with smarter trousers when going out. I have found myself reaching for it far more often than expected.
